The product I received looked nothing like the images advertised online, and when I contacted them, I was informed that I would be fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs—despite the misleading listing. This is incredibly frustrating, as it leaves the customer bearing the cost of the company’s false advertising.The quality of the sofa is shockingly poor. The seat cushions are paper-thin, providing almost no padding at all, and sitting on them feels like sitting on a solid rock. It is uncomfortable to use for even a short period of time. Additionally, the sofa is unstable—if it is not pushed up against a wall for support, it will tip or fall over with minimal pressure, making it impractical and unsafe.Overall, this purchase was a huge disappointment both in terms of product quality and customer service. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—shop elsewhere with a reputable company that delivers what they promise.The return services are also a joke. The company sells this useless sofa for 966 AED and then wants 450 AED for return costs…
