The images online are not at all what I received. First of all it arrived very poorly packaged. Once I opened it I noticed there was no manual no screws nothing, it is impossible to figure out how to assemble it. The wooden planks are poor quality. The side metal boards are stained. Ontop of all this I paid extra for express delivery to be received by the 5th, but still received it on the 6th at 11.50pm.Extremely disappointing purchase. Repackaged it in the shambles of pieces of cardboard it came in, left messages for the customer service as well as the driver to pick up as soon as possible today.I have photos to support my complaint.
