I bought 2xchairs and welding between two metallic parts under the seat has broken after 4 months of normal use. The other chair is fine and have had a similar use, so I understand it is a defect on the quality control on the manufacturing of these chairs since I haven’t seen this kind of problem.I tried to contact the Seller “Multi Home Furniture” but couldn’t reach them.

1. They have used cheap plastic or paper coated with chrome to cover the bottom stand2. The chrome stand where the castor wheels are attached are not upto the markHowever the chair is comfortable. The price 449 is bit expensive for this quality of chair.

Pro’s – was easy to set up and looks good.Con’s – I have been using this chair as an office chair for just over a month now, and the seat cushion has gone already making it extremely uncomfortable as it is like sitting on bare wood. I have had to buy separate cushions to add on top but it is still not a 100% fix, and the seat cushion should not have gone so quickly like this (indicates poor quality).

This chair is worth the price. Very comfortable and it looked the same as how it is shown in the picture. I initially had a problem as one of the parts is missing, but then it was so smooth and easy to solve and communicate with the merchant as they are very helpul. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely recommend.
